Lydia Allen works supports the administration and operations of New Forests’ US business. She coordinates and leads both day-to-day office operations and long-term projects to improve functionality and support growth. She also supports financial administration for New Forests’ office and investments in the US. Lydia has extensive experience in front of house operations for hospitality, event management, training/certification coordination, EHS support, and executive support. She has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the McLaren School of Management at University of San Francisco.
